Neelam house is designed for all your comfort needs. We offer scenic and park views, a fully-equipped bathroom with hairdryer, cleaning products, shampoo, body soap, hot water and shower gel. The bedroom and laundry area includes a free in-unit washer, essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper, hangers, bed linen, cotton linen, extra pillows and blankets, iron, clothes drying rack, and wardrobe for clothes storage.

Entertainment options include a 13″ HDTV with Netflix, books and reading materials, children’s books and toys and board games. The apartment is equipped with an AC – split-type ductless system, ceiling fan and portable heater for heating and cooling.

In terms of safety features the house comes with a security camera on property, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The apartment is equipped with internet and office features like wifi, dedicated workspace, and a room with a door.
